Payroll

The Office of Human Resources works closely with our employees on all matters of compensation including salaries, wages, bonuses, benefit/pension plans and attendance.

Payroll Policies and Procedures

  • Direct Deposit of paychecks
  • Stop Payment of lost or stolen paychecks
  • Pay Schedules (including pay period covered, cut off dates and pay dates) for hourly, student, physical plant, public safety and faculty (part time and full time).
  • ADP iPay to view paystub(s) and prior year(s) W-2
  • ADP eTime for time tracking
Please review the name, address, social security number, and W4 information on your pay stub for W2 reporting. Contact Payroll or the Office of Human Resources if an error exists.
